Consistent Game Crashes (PLEASE FIX)

For the past 8 hours, I have not been able to play the game, every time I get on to the character select screen the game just quits and it takes me back to the dahsboard.

Been having this problem for over a month man.. Some days are playable, most aren't!! I've even been paying for ESO Plus! Waste of money imo right now. Doesn't seem like ZOS cares at all because there hasn't been a single response on the forums from a single staff member, I've had a post up for a month myself
Ridiculous, disrespectful to us players. Even if they can't provide an answer, a simple response to these matters and being active on the forums is a must from any company! 0
