Power Bash?

Is it just me or is Power Bash for 1H/Shield look extremely bad, It does less damage than any other 1H ability and has same stun duration as shield charge, The heal reduction on reverberating could have some use somewhere but i still don't feel as if its enough to make you want to keep it on your ability bar.
Its other morph "Power Slam" still doesn't do as much damage as other abilities, although it does get a very slight stun time increase which is overshadowed by the "Invasion" morph for shield charge, not to mention that it has a pretty high stamina cost. Just seems overall bad in general and not worth having.

The heal debuff actually is great in pvp and the stun is somewhat broken, it disables the target to immediately break free. But NPCs using this skill do the same, so I guess this is intended?
Anyway, it`s a pretty strong CC and I hate it when enemies are using it against me.

when i played stam builds i used it (and sometimes i even use it as a magicka build) and it's awesome IMO because of the reverberating morph for that heal debuff and because (compared to other stuns i have as a templar) the stun is really fast and because it's broken AF i can spam it like crazy and it's mostly a "nah, you cant play now" button till i run out of stam

It is not about damage but about immobilizing the opponent,
and the morph reverberating bash also defiles the opponent(slowing healing)...

This skill is OP..
