Account not found/login incorrect to game?

I just started playing this game a few days ago, after being in beta, so a long time ago I have had this account.

I was able to login to the forums as you can see, but your stupid circular security measures prohibit me from even getting into my account or the game.

How is one supposed to reset their password or get their ID (which was already saved on the game screen and in my Last Pass password vault), if your system can't even find the email I use or the first/last name? Your support page is really stupid since it requires you to login to request support. Are you aware you have a link you click to request a password reset that requires you to enter in the same info your system can't find? How stupid is that?

I am assuming something is wrong with your login servers, but not your forum connection. I already tried to create a new account using the email that I use, but it tells me that that email (and the ID I have been using), is already in use.

Still can't get into my game or account

Could not find account matching those details.

I only have one Last Pass password vault entry for this game (apparently forum and game account are linked since I copy/paste the pw from the vault to the login screen; I wish they would use a login from the launcher), yet I can't log into it but I can here.

I will copy / paste there and link then a mod can clean this one up / delete.
