Dragonknight Veteran HELP!

So I haven't played well over six months. I come back and all my skills are reset.

I'm trying to find a viable DPS spec for my Dragonknight.

Second question, do I have to switch in between both weapon sets to be the most DPS effecient?

I'd like some clean answers, i'm at a lost here. Thanks!

If Staminia might as well wrap your entire skill bar around wrecking blow, heck just glitch the game so you can only do wrecking blow since ZoS obviously hates us DKs.

Despite people complaining about DKs being nerfed to hell and beyond, DKs can still be pretty decent. I know some magicka DK DPS who easily pull 20k-ish, that's not bad. They do have the downside of having to be in melee range to do that though.
Stamina wise, I think Wrecking Blow - 2h - is still super OP indeed?
I also know a totally OP DK healer:D

Two more question, is there another class that offers heavy armor but is dps wise ? Do you have to use two sets of weapons + sets of skills?

What do you mean? Heavy armor can be worn by any class but it's not the best choice for dps, it's tanky. Or you can wear 2 pieces heavy along with 5 medium/light to get some damage mitigation along with the 5 pc dps bonus at least.
Also any class can be a dps(whether stamina or magicka is up to you).
I assume you mean 2 weapons - those that you swap - and skills on their bars? Tbh I won't be much help there since I don't do stamina dps so won't tell you what best combos are. But yeah, you'd be swapping around between your weapons a lot probably.
