Vampire / Werewolf Rift Spawn Location Issues

Hi Guys,
I have been trying to get bite Vampire from NPC in Rift since 3 days but no luck.
I am looking near locations (Fullhelm Fort Wayshire, Fallowstone Wayshire, Honrichtower Wayshire and ragged Hills Wayshire) at night time but no luck.
With my other accounts I always found Vampires/Werewolves near Dunes Wayshire in Reapers March.
*I do not want to buy Vampirism from Crown Store

with the increase in vampires/werewolves there is always the option of asking for a bite but don't pay for one. can always use this http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/204676/seeking-offering-a-vampire-or-werewolf-bite-check-here#latest pick your server and request a bite or message someone offering to bite. All bites offered on forum are not for profit

Greiver✭✭✭Just head to the shrines, on ps4 there is usually at least 1 or 2 vamp/Ww standing around waiting to bite people. Took me a whole week to actually find the spawned in vampires for my original bite.Ps4 Na Daggerfall

CamBam370✭✭✭Sometimes people kill the Npcs when they spawn and it takes a while for them to respawn, i was in the same situation. I recommend someone just biting you.0 -

The moon phase has no affect on the spawn of the vamps or WW.

purple-magicb16_ESO✭✭✭✭✭sometimes players kill the ww/vamp spawns for fun - griefers? anyway, it is a known "thing" that other players kill the spawns to prevent others from getting their bites which really sucks. BTW I didn't know this early on and was told never to broadcast when the (in-game not irl)full moon spawned ww/vamps for this reason. In this case, do a zone chat broadcast "LF ww/vamp bite" - don't pay gold for it tho, there are too many that offer for free imo.

It was changed about a month after original PC launch. May 2014 or around there.
