Just to clarify, you get a new delete token 24 hours from the point of the last deleted character, so if you delete another, the time resets.

A long while ago, you would see this but with level threes:
Also, this:
Botters would make a character, do one quick quest, collect the gold, mail it to a main character then delete the character, rinse and repeat. They'd do this all day with tons of accounts. As soon as the 1-per-day delete was brought in this literally stopped overnight.
A small inconvenience for 0.01% of players versus removing bots like that entirely? Worth it.

So if you want to make a new char and get the details just right I suggest you try there. Screenshot the slider settings each time before you click 'create' and once youre satisfied use the saved settings on your main account.

I never thought of that, which is a great idea... however, that works for PC players... but I don't think console players can use the PTS without having a PC account, correct me if I'm wrong.
Also, one thing that bugs me is when you go through a lengthy process to create a character, only to have it NOT look exactly the same way once in the game. Some sliders are definitely bugged... eyebrow level for example. If you adjust it to make it look even in the character create screen, it will be uneven in the game... you have to allow it to be slightly uneven (centered) in the create screen so it will turn out even in-game.

It might be the lighting. The Cold Harbor environment makes things look off. Same with colors.

Well, lighting in the character creator and lighting outside doesn't impact the fact that the eyebrow slider is skewed incorrectly between creator and outside of it.
