Soul Gems not reviving

I've noticed over the past few days when I try to revive myself it shows I don't have any usable soul gems. Noticed them same thing when trying to revive a player during battle, but when I check I have plenty of soul gems and the correct level. In talking with a few other people I play the game with they are also having that problem. Am wondering if anyone else if having this problem.

Is this happening in Cyrodiil by any chance? You have to use grand soul gems to resurrect players there, regardless of the other player's level.

same thing with group dungeons if you use the grouping tool and anywhere in Wrothgar.

I know when it happened yesterday I was in Wrothgar. But in all honesty I'm not sure about the other places, I can't remember but I will pay attention the next time it happens. Oddly enough that actually does make sense. Thanks for the answers.
