Not Receiving Access Code Emails for account login or support requests

Hello,

Been trying to log into my account for several days but an not receiving the access code emails. I have a gmail account that is registered with eso and have checked the spam folder. I also tried to log a support request but again, never get the access code email. I have seen that others are having the same issue.

Odd thing, I was able to reset my forum password and received an email.

What do i need to do to get some support?

    My wife received her code email on the 8th, but I have yet to receive mine, yet I received the Snow Bear email today.

    I also got the Bear email today twice. So i'm not sure what is going on.

    Bump as it is now more than a week with no response from Zenimax. Oddly i get access emails for logging into the game but still not for my account or support on the website.

    My friend is also having the same problem, he is able to receive all of the other emails and the ones to change his password, but can't receive the access code email.

    I feel his pain. I get the email access codes for logging into the game but not the account or support ones.

    Good luck to Him, hopefully he will have a better customer experience than i have so far.

    I have not been able to login to my ESO account either because I never receive the emails with my access code, cant submit a ticket because I never receive the access code, can't call them because no phone number... This is ridiculous. The forum actually sent me an email for a password reset, wow something worked. I guess they don't want our money? Oh well.

    Only way i got in contact with support was in game, oddly enough as stated previously i get access codes when i log into the game due to dynamic ip.

    Several days talking to support, they say change email address, ummm No!. Never had this issue with eso till a just over a week ago.

    Answered their questions about my account but said to please cancel, otherwise i will be doing it from Paypal.

    Lots of other MMO's out there. MAaybe they will fix their issue.

    I love this game but this support is terrible.
