• NA megaservers for patch maintenance – December 17, 4:00AM EST (9:00 UTC) - 12:00PM EST (17:00 UTC)
• EU megaservers for patch maintenance – December 17, 9:00 UTC (4:00AM EST) - 17:00 UTC (12:00PM EST)
The issues on the North American megaservers have been resolved at this time. If you continue to experience difficulties at login, please restart your client. Thank you for your patience!

Will swapping from EU to NA change much?

I'm guessing all my crown store stuff will stay on my EU account. Can I keep switching between the two servers? Will I lose anything? Can I mail any gold across? I have friends in both and don't mind juggling the two accounts to game with them :smile:

    Well the only thing you can take across is your account name.

    Edit: I think ZoS need to clarify that any ingame crown store purchases are not account bound but server bound. Doesn't really worry me as I play from Aus and while a 250ms NA ping is playable the 360+ ping to EU isn't.

    I prob still have my old v11 DK on NA Server and all my Public Dungeon trophies xD

    I have accounts on both servers, but don't really play on the EU side.

    I do have a stack of gold there though...

    If anyone wants to "transfer" gold from the NA server to the EU server, just hit me up.

    Yes the Crowns are account bound.
    What you buy with them is server bound tho.

    Yes, oddly.. your crowns themselves are account wide..

    Let's say you have 1000 crowns. You can log onto EU and you'll see 1000, log onto NA and you'll have 1000.

    Let's say you buy a pet for 400 on NA.

    You log onto NA you will have 600 crowns and a pet.

    You log onto EU and you will have 600 crowns and no pet.

    Although yeah, you can keep both installs on your PC and just switch between the two. It's like having 2 seperate accounts though in every aspect except for crowns themselves. Oh yeah, and no interaction (mail, gold bank etc.) between the two.

    One thing you will notice is items at guild kiosk are priced much lower. For some reason, Euro prices are insane.

    I think the reason the EU server is so bad is because there are more VR chars with tons of CP's there... just a guess, but an edjumucated one :p
