Reminder: Turn on "Prevent attacking innocents"

As I was questing, I was attacking everything I saw in the area. A templar came and joined in on the fighting. I didn't realize it until I had already used Ambush, but I hit one of the friendly NPCs guarding a camp. Since two of them started attacking me, I figured to finish the fight. The Templar joined in on the fighting without realizing who I was fighting. Bounties all around! XD

Haha, nice. Yes, always remember to turn that one!

I have a character I actually plan on murdering/thieving with.. and for now I still have it turned on because I'm paranoid of accidentally attacking someone in town.

I don't mind accidently throwing my spear of awesomeness at NPCs. Looks too good.

Yep true as they all have Chain Pull and dont think of using a door.... Only the Outlaw Refuge door will work

Guards sometimes will shoot you with a bow from water, I've been hit with a snipe from a guard when in the water.

I ended up turning it off on my main after a drunk Nord stumbled between him and his sparring opponent during the festival at Geirmund's Hall, and the poor guy copped an icy death shard in the face . R.I.P.

Not always, I had a guard once that started hitting me with ranged attacks. I died in the water. :-(

true 'nuff but it's your best chance for escape when being tailed by the heat.

Just be careful racking up a 7mil bounty because some NPCs may refuse you quests

On a side note you can either Jump into PVP(lv10+) for a bit till bounty ticks away. Or grind out away from populated(guards) areas Or log onto your alt and continue mayhem

I was making a reference to someone that had a 7mil+ bounty and couldn't proceed in Wrothgar questline because of the NPC wanting nothing to do with them and they came here and asked Zenimax for a fix lol

Too high a bounty wiil also cause merchants to refuse service.

I did this after a busy morning levelling legerdemain was taking my ill gotten gains to a fence and saw a friend stood there so naturally a decided he needs a fire ball to the face (as you do) and went straight through him and hit an NPC, you've never seen a DK move that quickly to the outlaws post, pretty sure I overtook a streaking sorc haha

Yeah, occasionally I may attack innocents in the heat of battle. Rarely, but it does happen. Then I pay a blood price, and all it right again.
