Stuck at Stonefalls loading screen

I cannot travel to stonefalls on any of my characters , even when i make a new character from the wailing prison! Same is happening to at least one or two of my friends,. Stuck at the stonefalls loading screen for over 3 hours! Relogging is of no help!
