Dye Station in Ebonheart starting area?

I've made a character in every faction. I just made an Ebonheart Pact character and was looking for the dye station. Is there even one in the starting area? The other factions both had dye stations in their starting areas, so I was wondering if this one did too. If not, then where is the closest dye station? Thanks
