Greetings all. I have an issue with lagging and kicked out every 5 minutes in pvp. Pvp is becoming no fun for me anymore. But I really love pvp. Usually in Sourge and Azura Star. I have to refuse group invites.cause me being a group of 4 kicks me out. I feel like a burden to everyone. My internet is 8mb download. 5mb upload currently. I know my internet is very slow. But this is only internet that comes here. I am full wired internet connection. I was thinking of using vpn. But not sure which one works on ps4 or is best or even safe to play eso pvp smootly. I really love pvp. I live in united states to. Many thanks.

I know someone who has 5mb down and 1 mb up, surprisingly his does not lag out much (does sometimes). I would expect your issue isn't the actual speed but the transaction time. That might be in the same boat though but maybe not, try a ping test if you have a PC and see if you have an excessive round trip time or dropped packets.

I thank you for your suggestions all. Also by doing ping test. Found this great site. http://ping-test.net/ I did 3 tests and it is my latency I believe. The first two tests I did is the same. 316.7 latency (which it says it is very bad) The last test says I have 250.5 latency (which it says it bad) I do believe this is my problem. I am also can"t switch internet providers. Only one comes here. I also forgot to mention I am using a R7000 Netgear router. Wired for PS4. Is there a way for my router to become better with out losing alot of packets and make my latency good and not getting kicked out alot every 5 minutes in pvp. I want to enjoy pvp alot more with groups  Many thanks

It is a mystery to me how he can function with that connection, I usually ping google.
In the command prompt I put:
    ping www.google.com -n 50
Then look for any dropped packets.

You can try talking to your ISP that problem could be the dropped packets unless the ping test checked for that. If you are dropping packets that is going to affect your latency as the device will send a packet of information and wait for it to return if it does not return in a reasonable time it will time out and then resend until it is confirmed as received this is obviously going to increase the transaction time. If the problem is indeed dropped packets then that is something you should be able to speak with your ISP about. Slow speed is one thing but dropped packets are an entirely different issue one that they need to fix.
