Crafting vet 16 gear

Hello!
I am just curious if it is any spesific requirements that have to be met in order to cratf v16 gear set? I have clothing, wodworking and blacksmithing at max level and I have the mats I need, but despite of this I can only craft v15 items ( and I am v16). Do I need to be maxed out in research as well ( all traits )?

Do you have enough mats? It takes 130, minimum, per item, to make VR16.

Do you have all the skill points invested for max material crafting?

Only the armor sets require traits to be researched in order to craft

10 skill points need to be in the skill's first tree to make v16

The requirements to make v15 and v16 gear are the same. You need to be lvl 50 and have 10 skill points in the 1st passive in the appropriate skill line. Only difference is the number of matts required for each piece. You need 10x the matts to make v16 over v15. If you don't have enough matts the icon for v16 should be grayed out and the option should not be able to be selected. The game only lets you access the matts you have on the alt you are crafting with and those you have in the bank not any you have on any other alt. The number of traits you have researched should make no difference unless you are making a set that required more traits than you have researched but then you wouldn't be able produce any gear of that set at any level.
