completely lost access to my game

i was playing until about 1 hour ago without problems, and suddenly i was moved out of the game to the login screen... so, i tried to login and i got a message informing that the password was wrong, i tried again and got a lot of time out messages, error 200 and error 108. i restarted the computer a few times, restart the router and i keep getting the info on wrong password and time out.

i logged in my account in web and looks like my account still exists.

is it possible somehow for someone to get access to my account and change only the password for the game?

i'm sure i know the password, i type it everyday.

how can i solve this problem?

I'm having the same issue right now. I type my password very slowly and deliberately, so I'm sure it's correct, but I keep getting that same error.

Also, it takes a long time to process the login, before it gives the error. It's idling for about a minute, then it comes back and says the credentials are wrong (even though they aren't).

Same here. I can log into my account through the web site but the game refuses my password. Trying from the UK in case it makes a difference.

Same thing. Infinite loading screen and "your login information was incorrect" after game restart.

i'm still unable to login... at least i'm no longer thinking that my account was stolen.

the weird thing is that i keep receiving the wrong password message, and i'm aware that the server is running and i know about some players still on the game.
