So after a solid near 72hrs I've got them..but how do you level these skills up to morph them? Is it only in PVP? Any idea how what rank you get to morph these skills at? Just want them for pve and they don't seem to budge there. Do they level via usage or via AP earned whilst being selected on your skill bars?
