Not getting access code

Hello

I am not getting the access code sent to my email so I am unable to play.

I have been able to log on here, though, but besides that, I am locked out of the game. How can I log into the game?

I finally got the code but it didn't work and I am now locked out again.

I thought these codes last for 24 hours? It has been less than 24 hours. But I turned my computer off and went to bed. Do I need to leave ESO running with the code prompt the entire time as I wait for the code?

This is probably the worst system I've ever seen. Just send the code instantly. I don't get it.

I was able to get into my web account now but when I try to log into the actual game, it emails me like 5 codes at once and I don't know what one to use!!!!

I can't get into this forsaken game! WHAT IS GOING ON!

Additionally, their support website is not working - the login doesn't seem to be working, like I press the button but nothing happens on the page. SO I can't open a ticket for further assistance.

Can a CS rep please reply to this thread as I require special assistance.

I am having the same problem. I try getting an access code, but none are sent. I have tried everything they have said and get nothing.

The Beta testing had more help than this.
