    Hey!

    Welcome back to ESO!

Well... let's see... First of all, if I may, I'd recommend trying a better name for the thread next time. "Game" is a bit... confusing.

Maybe something like "Game won't launch" or "I have a problem running the game" would do.

Also, you should probably try the Technical Support board as this is the general game discussion board and not really the place for this sort of trouble.

    Follow this link:

I've also reported your thread so moderators can take you to the appropriate place to find help, ok? :) Hope your issue is solved soon!

The longer the gap in time between patching the longer the initial load screen can be. If the last time you were in game was 6 months ago, then you have many incremental patches along with two DLC patches initializing on the first load. (I can't say exactly how long that should take, but it is established that the first load of the game after patching takes more time.)

If the CPU is at 100%, is the HDD also active? if so, I would allow the game to run for a good period of time (let's say boot it up when you aren't going to use the computer , like going to work/school, or go to bed and allow it to run for at least 30-60 minutes to see if it comes up.

The HDD is the Hard Disk Drive. If while the loading screen is on, and the CPU is at 100% (or high usage) ... IF the Disk Drive is also active then there is a good chance that the game did not crash and is working to initialize and time should be allowed for this to complete.

Pretty much every computer has a disk activity light; it usually has a symbol that looks like a can, drum, or hockey puck. If that LED light is on, then the disk is being accessed.
