What are the required ports for this game (my voice chat keeps dropping channels)

So about 75% of the time whenever I try to switch a voice chat channel I press the button and hear the "thud" sound and then it immediately loses the connection to the channel and keeps infinite times to reconnect to the channel so I hear the thud and the ding sound over and over. Sometimes the channel connects properly and I can hear people for about 10 seconds on and off randomly but without the thud and ding sound. I am NAT type 2 with UPNP enabled so I'm guessing this game is not properly utilizing UPNP to open ports so I will have to forward them manually.

tl;dr I need a list of all the required ports for the voice chat in this game

Try putting your PS4 in DMZ, you will never have to worry about these things again.
