We have just completed a hotfix on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 to fix Awaken the Past, a quest in Orsinium. Your quest progress will no longer be blocked if you have previously earned the Hero of Wrothgar achievement.
You will not need to relog or download a patch for this change. Thank you!
