Concerned about Using VPN!!

Hello

For quite some time i started using VPN service due to issues with my ISP, the issue is that i get disconnected in the game every 10 minutes or so and this is my only way of playing the game. and i am concerned if this will cause my account to be suspended!!

Reply from Support for anyone, Though this didn't help me cause my problem is with my IP changing every few minutes.

I deeply apologize that you are having a few connectivity issues when playing ESOTU which require you to use a VPN to play the game. Please be aware that we can not recommend the usage of a VPN to play the game.
However, connectivity issues can happen when the signal is being filtered or a local internet node is having problems maintaining the stable connection required for the game to run properly.
To help resolve this issue, you can try the following fixes:
Add C:\Program Files(x86)\ZenimaxOnline as an antivirus exception.

If the problem persists, contact your Internet Service Provider for additional assistance.
