weapon swap animation cancel bug

hey
so whenever i use a skill and immediatly weapon swap after than 1 second goes by and my bars end up switching again without me doing anything.
i know it also makes the look of what weapon you're using wrong but the unintentional weapon swap is quite frustrating and caused me alot of deaths.
i dont know if anyone else has this issue as i cant seem to find anything related on the interwebz..and if so.. i would like to know how to solve it apart from not animation canceling.
on a sidenote. i'm using the mouse weel to weapon swap so maybe its because of that.. so in that case im wondering if theres any way to lock the scroll to only once ? since its almost impossible to scroll ones with this mouse.
