Trust me when I say I'm a master of getting my missing buffs back it's because I and so many others have had to deal with this for months. The past 3 days each faction has had emp with no emp buffs or homekeep buffs or scrolls when holding enemy scrolls. Relogging with no armor, or zoning out and back in do nothing. However, going to trueflame, which is all red I have every buff.
