[BUG] Restoring Twilight not restoring!

I seem to have a bug on my v16 Sorcerer. Trying to level my Restoring Twilight, the tooltip says I am supposed to get a 10% Magicka Regen buff. This buff shows up in my UI, but does not change my Magicka Regen on my stat sheet.

Here is with no Twilight:

I thought it might be conflicting with the passive regen from Vampirism, however that is not the case (and wouldn't make sense anyway).

Here is with a Vampire ability slotted, NO Twilight:


Here is with a Vampire ability slotted AND Twilight (oh the humanity!):


As you can see, having a Vampire ability slotted DOES buff my Magicka Regen, but having Restoring Twilight out does not, with or without a Vampire ability slotted.

Still having this issue now that my Twilight is fully leveled to IV.

I did receive a rather disappointing auto-response from support that basically said "hi. log out and back on." I specifically indicated in my ticket that I had already completely closed the game and even rebooted my machine...

Hopefully someone can take a closer look at this one.

I've just checked, I'm having the same issue.
I wasn't using my Twilight for some time and I remember, the 10% increase was visible and my tooltip would change.
Now I have 860 with and without the Twilight.

Received another auto-response: "Watch for patch notes."

I guess I will write this off as a loss then and watch the patch notes for a fix.

Is this still being looked at? My stat sheet shows this still isn't working.

It's a moot point, the Restoring Twilight morph was changed to Twilight Tormentor.

Yea the restoring twilight is at the moment, extinct. The twilight tormentor ate it

I'm pretty sure in the patch notes that they said this ability no longer gives magicka regen. Perhaps they simply forgot to update the tooltip?

"Summon Restoring Twilight (Summon Winged Twilight morph):
This pet’s special ability will now empower it, granting it a buff for 15 seconds that increases the Twilight’s damage by 50% against targets above 50% Health.
This pet no longer passively grants the Minor Intellect buff while it is active.
Renamed this morph to “Summon Twilight Tormentor.”
