Molag Bal Missing in Imperial City

So 2 days ago I went to the Imperial Underground Middle Room to Kill Molag Bal and he was there. We Killed him.
1 Day later we went back to Kill him again and he was not there anymore.
Will Molag Bal be added back into Elder Scrolls or will he be missing forever?
I think hundreds of Players ask the same Question.

The issue has been addressed but not particularly quickly, molag has been missing for weeks; the centre-piece of IC has been bugged since wrothgar came out lol.PC | EU0
