Mine is simple too. Pay off everything owed... save the rest.

I've lived by going without for so long I can't even imagine wasting a single cent. My binge for the year was trading in 3 games to get Eso.

Maybe I would buy something... something cool
    Agreed.

I had a very not-wealthy upbringing (hell, it wasn't even middle class...), and have lived for so long from paycheck to paycheck... I just can't see squandering a bit of it. What didn't get used getting completely debt-free (from the evil of student loans) goes into saving and safe investing so I can actually retire. That way I don't have to work until I die (which is what most people are staring down nowadays). I could actually enjoy those "golden years".

Simply. Two chicks at the same time.

You have to pay for that where you're from? :P

I'd "invest" in ZOS to get a couple of my ideas implemented into ESO.
What ESO really needs is an Auction Horse.
    That's right... Horse.

If I win im renting out the largest paintball field, getting all 3 alliance costumes, catering, and everything else to throw the most massive awesome outdoor festival party possible. Realistically I would hire top notch security to make sure its a safe environment to throw the best ESO theme party possible.

Maybe hide some lorebooks and have hunting contests. LAN party with a prize PvP tourney.

Plus bacon.. As much as you can eat

Will we able to use our mount whenever we are not in combat or are you going to keep it as close to real ESO PVP as possible?

Yes. For the best possible immersion I would have a neural cybernetic jewelry set crafted that operated similar to the movie tron. All PvP rules would be in place.

This would be so much fun, I would finally be able to accidentally shoot a few players in my alliance :) I mean meet them.

I'm pretty sure when your alliance members saw you rocking your IRL costume you would have a zerg protecting you ;)

Pay off my bills so the family is in a better position.

Save 25% of each check toward college funds for the kids.

Start my own business; saving a large portion of the money would be great but I would much rather invest it in something that I can pass on to the kids one day to give them a steady income.

I'd also like to take a portion of it and donate it to a charity dedicated to autism, since my second oldest is autistic.
