Improvement Suggestions for Summoned Daedra (Sorc)

Geez, where do I start... (apart from "don't get me started on...")

Making these improvements for your summoned Daedra would go a hell of a long way to make using them a lot less frustrating.

1.
Sometimes you run along the borders or cross a what I guess is a phased area in a zone then they tend to de/re-spawn. Its SUPER IRRITATING to have them do that, because you immediately think game technology / phasing, which breaks the emersion and cohesiveness of what should feel like a single world zone. I don't mean re-look the way it functions, but I see it (as a programmer myself) as a no-brainer to not do the visual queues of a de-spawn/re-spawn if you detected the player crossing a phase line.

2.
The positioning sux real bad! I usually play 3rd person on 100/110 FOV and its irritates the crap out of me the way they are positioned. Why not for a start have each of the Daedra summon one on each side of you. It will look much more balanced and will add to a bit of realism not seeing my Winged Twilight trying to hitch a ride on my Clannfear, not to mention her wings flapping through its head. And OMG please change the Twilight's closest resting position to be outside your camera-to-character immediate area. She is friggin constantly in my way when I want to cast. I have to constantly reposition myself to actually see what the hell if going on. Most of the time your camera is right inside her body or just behind her flapping wings. So she could be repositioned so her closest position to your char should be based upon what your 3rd person FOV camera position is and be just outside that distance (or aka: not in my face). Even your default 3rd person FOV sux for her position. Are nobody developing this caring to even see these obvious irritations?

This is purely a 3rd person issue. I lately just not summon her at all unless I truly need her in a battle, but I'd prefer to have both my Daedra summoned.

3.
Summoned Daedra and interacting with the world. Why not have them function like wanting to interact with a merchant when you are in a crowded environment? You are constantly forced to reposition yourself to for instance interacting with NPCs or picking up loot being the damn Daedra's keep on encroachong on the merchandise breaking you line of sight with the object in question. If thats a big deal to change, just relook point 2 and get the Daedra to back-off a little, they don't have to stand right on top of your character's position in the world.

4.
Spawning issues... Its an almost 100% occurrence that your spawned Daedra don't follow you through a door or a wayshrine. They either get de-spawned silently or they are just stuck on the other side of the zone or door forcing you to de-spawn and re-spawn... double that of you had two spawned. Plenty a times I hit a boss directly after a wayshrine/door only to realize I'm in a true solo-battle. :P

I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one not loving on the issues I've mentioned here above.

---
Totally unrelated to summoned creatures... could you please look at the controller UI, when you pick up loot and you happen to have your chat wiindow active (say someone in your zone/guild typed something), the loot notifications appear behind the chat window. That kinda sux a little... try moving those notifications to render above the chat window if its actively rendering text rather than behind it.

Is these issues stuff I need to create a ticked for somehow??

Pets should never have been made into toggles, a simple timer like the NBs Shade would have been much better.

Either that or make them cost more magicka to cast and make them active until they're killed.
