Still not getting ESO+ Membership Crowns and not getting a reply via E-mail!

I did not get my Crowns for November, I have been contacting ESO Support the previous three months to get my crowns added manually and it was supposed to be fixed on the 13th of November the same day my account renewed but I still have not got any crowns and ESO support has not replied to my two e-mails the first one sent over 7 days ago.
