In the latest months ESO I encountered more and more texture problems and load screens issues. In short... textures are sometimes showing low resolution versions on SOME buildings and walls all around me. Also while riding through the world I'm encountering more and more loading screens, I see the world always rendering (plants, small objects always pop in in front of me) and again low res textures on some objects and world. And I don't wanna say anything about black characters. I know they work as intended but the truth is the game looks awful. Are these due to memory saving issues or due to loading times being shorter? Will a 64 bit client going to fix these issues? Perhaps are some placeholders for black characters in works or workarounds for PvE? PvE should't be affected by PvP problems.
Specs FX4100, 8gb, GTX660 2gb, RAID0 2xHDDs, Win 8.1 x64. And before saying my pc is slow, or drivers or so, I know what I'm doing and one year ago I had not a single problem. It doesnt matter I play with 20 or 60fps. Problems are still there both in cities and in the large world. No problems in dungeons.
UserSettings.txt tweaks doesn't helps either. Indeed I see characters loading the best textures but the world still loads slow.
