PS4 - Group XP formula in and out of dungeons ?

I can't seem to find a straight answer.

How does XP get divided in the following circumstances.

1)
Party of 4:
Level 5 Templar
Level 44 Templar

In Stonefalls killing level 5 mobs.
Would the level 5 Templar get XP at all with the level variance within the group?

2)
Level 5 Templar
Level 44 Templar

In a dungeon where the level 5 is leader so everything and everyone is scaled to level 5. Would the group still get XP and would the level 44 get loot for his level? Or is that only when a group was made via group finder?

This seems similar to your question so this might help but I don't know. My experience is that in grouping non dungeon if the leader is a lower level and you do a quest where you have done. you can't see your team member(s) and they can't see you. Its a hassle. So the times that I did get to fight I got Amor and weapons but not a good (lower level) ones. Mostly gold.

And for the second sorry I'm going on a dungeon today, hopefully. Maybe I can answer later, if not then I didn't do the dungeon.
