Forward camps, Mercenary Contracts and other discontinued items

I still have a Forward camp in my inventory and came to wonder how many of these still exist in-game (as they have durability like other siege equipment).

Please let me know if you have any items that are in the list below (and that are not bound), or if you know the hypothetical price of any such item:

I have the "Pact" Mage Mercenary Contract. Not sure if they have a different name for all 3 alliances or not. But its not for sale, I want 1 billion gold for it.

I still have a limited forward camp, the lousy one you get from the starter quests.

My character has been carrying a forward camp around with him for a year and a half now.

I found a couple of quests where you can still find "old" food items during them (got a couple whilst doing Cadwell's Silver the other week), but wasn't around for the forward camps and merc contracts sadly

Are they still useable, or are they just unique items that look good?

Gold v14 Footman and Healer Jewelry

There are also a number of quest related items that were picked up into normal inventory. I believe that they were part of a Riften quest and are no longer obtainable. I forget their exact names, but they were rather mundande; "old note," "cloth," and "shovel" are examples, but not necessarily the correct names. Do you know about these more @Froggmann5 ?

I also forgot to mention "question mark" items. They are weapons and apparel that have a question mark icon. I'm not sure if these still drop.

I haven't had one in the last couple of minor patches, as I only noticed them in one of the enchant tiers (VR 3-5 or something). If I bring up another char or go back to those zones I'll definitely do so. I noticed a lot of fire and frost glyphs with 0 damage but other than that nothing.

I believe that I was told they were found in Auridon delve. Again, I'm not super sure about the items because a patch not that claimed to eliminate them. This was the IC patch note.

Well I've definitely had them since IC, as I didn't start the char I found them on until the release of Orsinium. I did notice they were having prices showing up in MM though, so others must have known enough to be selling them.

What's a Trueflame???

I bought a jaedi rune a while ago for 30k.
I use v14 gold footman jewelry on my tank, bound though and I wouldn't want to sell it, but it might cost a bit of a fortune.

Also have a limited forward camp for each of the alliances, not sure what to do with it.

The trueflame is a sword that accidentally was added to the drop-list of a fishing pool the first week after launch, or some time around that. It was never supposed to be obtainable for players.

IIRC the v13 Stormknight items are still obtainable. They come from the Craglorn daily quest boxes, just people rarely do them.

Ya ever try to actually use the forward camp? It sets up for a split second then vanishes. lol

It remains in your inventory, though. I guess so we can 'savor the memories'.
