xbox 360 wireless controller constantly disconects

Hello! Id like some help with my controller.
As the title says, my xbox 360 wireless controller keeps disconnecting from ESO.
But it doesn't disconnects from the PC, coz it still works on Steam.
The middle button opens the STEAM interface normally when it stops working with ESO.
And, it starts working again only if I close the game, and relaunch it. And only if the controller is already ON. It doesn't work when I turn on the controller when the game is already launched.
This happens only with ESO. With all the other games, the controller works as expected.
Running trough STEAM or not, the same problem occurs.
