Not sure if the .gg one is legit. My browser security indicates that the minion.gg site is questionable. Since Minion is made by the MMOUI folks (and is supported by the ESOUI.com folks) I'd stick with that site. **Even if it were the same people, they certainly would have re-directed minion.gg to minion.mmoui.com (which it doesnt ... so that makes me very suspicious).
There is only ONE Minion for ESO and minion.mmoui.com/ is the right one.Ravalox Darkshire

That site seems legit and safe like anything else.
After installing Minion beta version 2.1.4 from that site I see it has a mark "MMOUI ZAM" at the right bottom corner of the program. Your doubts may be baseless
