Templar Build????

Ok, maybe I am a newb! But i dont get it! I look at a build like this (and I have seen others like it):

The guy puts a duel wield and two handed skill on the same bar>? How is that possible? You cannot use a duel wield skill if you are wielding a two handed weapon and visa versa!

Can someone help me figure this one out?? Maybe I am having a complete blonde moment here but I just done see it!

You can't use the skill but putting it on your bar will gain exp for that skill line

Weapon and class skill lines gain xp for each of their abilities on your action bar. Even without the weapon equipped it will still level up the skill line.

If you don't care about stories and just want to get to 50 as fast as possible, using the magicka morph of jabs (regardless of whether you will be stamina or magicka) and rotate the things you want to level up on the other 4 slots. Put EVERYTHING into magic, pop some experience scrolls and go into orsinium and slaughter everything you see. Once you hit 50 respec....
