The actual Guide is a bit long (and updated more or less regularly there) so I'll just post the introduction here. However, fell free to comment either here or on the Guild Forum where the Guide is posted.

Hope it helps!
Some guides and builds on the internet have been extremely valuable for many of us. After having acquired some more experience, it is now time for me to give something back!
What this guide is
ESO world is so vast that finding the right balance between general tips applicable to many and specific tips applicable to a selected group is a real challenge. Thus, first important thing is to know who is (or can be) the main public for this guide.
This guide is mainly for sorcerers and it is more focused on magika-based ones. Of course, non-sorcerers are welcome too and can benefit for several information provided by the Guide: just be aware that non sorcerer-class specific skills are not included and most combo ideas are related to Sorcerers. Both PVP and PVE players can use this guild.
An analysis of all Sorcerer skills is of course included but most of the skills available to any class (Mage guild, undaunted, etc.) also made their way into the guide, especially those that I consider worth of attention for any good magika group-enthusiast sorcerer !
In this guides skills are analysed one by one, with suggestions for morphs and combos to help you create your own build. Not all the passive are analysed. When you begin levelling your character you will have to choose where to start with your passive but by endgame you will most probably have them all anyway. Thus, here only those that will affect more heavily your choices of skills and rotation are included.
For the very beginners/newbies…have a look at this guide it is probably better to explore a bit first on your own with an open mind before getting lost in too long explanations!
Why choosing to be a sorcerer
What makes sorcerers what they are is access to the three dedicated skill trees: Daedric Summoning, Storm Calling and Dark Magic. The abilities of these trees can be mixed up, including with other trees available for all classes, for very nice combos and provide sorcerers a lot of flexibility for their builds. Of course, going towards endgame contents, you may have to make a few choices (morphs, Champion points) that will lead you to a more specialised role. However, if you are not a hard-core min-max player (or if you have money to spend in respecting your character) you will still be able to enjoy different play styles during all your ESO experience.
Many people recognize sorcerers optimal role as DPS. However, they can also be good healers and tanks…Read the guide to understand why!

Thanks to all the great builds and guides out there like Dungeon crawler, Deltia, etc.
Special thanks to my guild mates for the advice they provided and those that they will provide!
