Bug: Lyris disappears in Castle of the Worm Quest

So I'm doing Castle of the Worm and this really annoying thing happens where, whenever I go through a door into another part of the quest (be it the Cistern, or the Castle itself), Lyris keeps disappearing, and doesn't reappear unless I abandon the quest and start again.
It's not a majorly big thing since she's pretty useless and just gets in the way anyway, but from a playing perspective, it's a little jarring.
