So I just searched for this and found a couple threads indicating that others had the same issue, however some had tested and said that it is only a ui issue and the bonus spell damage from the 2 piece set is still applied. I haven't tested this yet for myself, but when I equip the 2 piece torug's my spell damage goes down by 4 on my character sheet. Has there been any word on this? Or is ZOS treating us like mushrooms?
