If you open a treasure map on one of the characters, does it apply to all the characters on the account or just the one?

Just the one. The map is a "consumable" it disappears once you dig out the treasure.

The problem is I opened a mail box when going trough tutorial I didnt want the items on that specifik character is there any how I can move those items to my main character? Since It dont work to mail them

You can store them in your bank to have it available for any character in your account.

I saved all my old Explorer maps in my bank... maybe they changed them, but I don't know why they'd do that.

Are you sure you were in your personal bank and not in one of your guild's bank?

You can't deposit the containers, but you should be able to deposit the individual items if you open the containers.
