Dungeons & Soul Gems

I have not done Dungeons for a time and just startet at them again after they made the cross faction and level scale thing.
But how to Soul gems work now in dungeons if a level 10 with a pitty gem group up with a VR16? and the VR16 dies? Can he ress him with that gem? Or will the group be *** as many low levels don't run around with a stack of grand gems?
Also i think its a bug but nuw sure. I tried to travle to player in the group that was in the dungeon and the game said i can't travle to a enemy players?

mtwiggz✭✭✭✭✭Soul gems have to be the correct level of the player being resurrected, or above said persons level. Meaning a Petty Soul Gem cannot raise a VR16. Yet a soul gem of higher level can raise any player below its maximum level.0 -
