Crown Sale... How Many Packs Did You Buy?

With the first ever Crown sale, I'm just wondering how many other players gobbled up a lot of packs?

Just checking my account, I've purchased 14 of the 5500 Crown packs. Even though I am a ESO+ subscriber, one never knows what the future holds and what they'll offer next in the store.

Zero, I want to play Mad Max, Metal Gear, Fallout, Assassin Creed before Thief DLC, so all money goes there.

14 packs for 5500? I doubt that you will ever be able to spend all these crowns.

I have bought 2 of such packs which should cover all 4 large DLC's of 2016.
At the end of 2016 we then will see.

I will only buy two more packs at the end of 2016
if ZOS will fix the horrible class imbalances.

Orsinium was the best DLC so far. I would buy any PvE like that again.
But IC was a horribly imbalanced ganking experience, I will not buy any PvP like that again.

I just bought one as well. I have ESO+ and as they were a good price, I snapped up a 5500cr pack. They'll just sit in my account until something comes along that I fancy - I'm quite picky, so they should last me a good while.

Is there any reason you don't use gold?

Also, download the PTS. You can test all the builds you want for free then.

Here is how I see it... right now the 5500 pack is at a 40% discount. That means all future Crown Store purchases I make will be at this discounted price because I bought the Crowns at a discount. Plus, the XP Scroll packs are currently 50% off... when bought with Crowns from 40% sale... that means XP Scroll packs are at a HUGE discount right now.

When future items are added to the Store, people will complain about prices, but those who bought the Crowns during the sale will benefit because they will have the Crowns that were bought at a discount. Thus, every item I buy with these Crowns will be effectively 40% off.

Fourteen?! Wow, I thought I was going overboard with three! I figured three should be enough for most of next year, plus letting me pick up Imperial City outright and maybe pick up the Imperial Edition upgrade.

Though I reserve the right to blow the lot of them early if Zeni gives us a Welwa mount.

I just bought one, the 5500 pack. I only used it on the Fredas special, so I have 3600 crowns left.. I'll either hang on to it or use it for motifs I don't have.

I bought 3, used most of them on things I wanted but 2K left plus the ones I get every month for sub will suffice. I did buy the Fredas pack because that was an excellent price.
