FPS drops, lag and loading screens, seem to be resolved for varying lengths of time if I force ESO closed and relog.
I think it was WoW where you could /flush in game and I assumed it cleared cache's and the like (there maybe other games with a similar function?)

Anyway my point is, it's a shame to have to re-kick the game in the guts every time I encounter one or more of these issues just to fix it so perhaps something like this could be possible. I dunno

Also playing without any addon's (except mini map) at the moment, the combo of this and restarting has made pvp a lot more tolerable performance wise.
Although I haven't be played in prime time since purging all the frilly bits

I was lagging bad on PS4 in Cyrodiil I rebooted the console and it improved things hugely, so something is up.
