So I have not played ESO for about 3 or 4 months now as I had gotten bored of it and moved onto other games. I have started playing it again today and I see there is a new DLC out but am conflicted on purchasing it. Is it worth the $30? Or should I just go with an ESO plus membership to play the content?

    Best to subscribe for a month ... Try it out, see if you like it. then use the crowns they give you (plus a few more) to buy it, or just continue the subscription and keep collecting the crowns.

    3k crowns is $30? I think you should check again.

    Yeah I guess with the subscription it's like paying half the price in advance to try it out. Forgot about the 1500 crowns for ESO plus subscription.

    Well $25 but still, $25 is quite a bit for a DLC.

    It might seem like it, but Orsinium is pretty damn great and worth 3k crowns imo. Just have a look at all the reviews on it throughout the forums.

    If the large download isn't a problem, then you can also try it out on the PTS, for free.
