Faction zones and recommended level.

Hi,

For all three factions, what is the recommended levels for each zone?
From level one & the prison or starter island to vr16 & ?
I put a question mark because I'm not sure of the final areas order of completion after Cadwell's Gold.
I'm guessing Craglorn, Cyrodiil / Imperial City, Orsinium.

Orsinium is playable at any level. Lower levels may have a tougher time than higher levels but some of the content requires a group anyway. Cyrodiil is also any level but from 10 up. Reason both can be done anytime: Battle Leveling!

Starter Islands are a good place to get to like Level 5 or so. After that, take on your faction's first zone.
Second Zone is best to start at around 15 at least.
Third Zone can be started around 23 or so I'd say.
Fourth Zone, try it at at least 30.
Final Zone you can kick off at about 37, maybe 38.
Coldharbour you can start as soon as you get invited and that is the recommended level for that!
Feel free to try at any level you desire but these should be good starting places!
Cadwell's Silver starts at VR1 and the NPCs go up a VR for each zone up. Gold is the same, starting at VR6.
Craglorn is VR11-13 but is also group content. Good luck soloing that place anytime before VR14 lol

My personal levelling experience was around the lines of:

Coldharbour Escape: 1-3
Starter Island(s): 3-8
First Region: 8-16
Second Region: 16-24
Third Region: 24-32
Fourth Region: 32-39
Fifth Region: 39-45
Coldharbour Assault: 45-50

Cyrodil: 10+ (good extra XP for any level through dailies)

Cadwells Silver: V1-V6 (nowadays more like ending in V7)
Cadwells Gold: V6-V11 (nowadays more likely to end somewhere around V13, V14 I'd guesstimate)
Craglorn: V11-V13, but groupy

Orsinium: any through battle levelling (but best saved to take your character from completing cadwells gold to max level)
