Can notget into Orsinium

Can't get into Orsinium. I have the monthly subscription. When I look in collections-dlc it says neither imperial city or Orsinium is collected. My husband has the same problem. We both pay separately with 2 different xboxes so I know it's not just a problem with payment.

I would recommend contacting support as it could be an issue that can be solved with troubleshooting.
