Legs Armor like Belt

I don't play from much time, but I remeber that legs armors (to steal) were easily findable like any other pieces of amor on the racks of random merchants. Sometimes some armorers displayed all the set (head, chest and so on) on some dummys next to his spots. Today i noticed that legs armor are unfindable on the racks of the merchants. Do they put that they are only findable in random chests and crates, maybe? Like belts i mean.

They're called Greaves. They're all over.In Armor stores,drops,plus containers.You just have to look for them.Or buy them.

They are obtainable, as you can get the "Indecent Exposure" achievement by wearing stolen pants (and others) and having them taken off you by a guard

There is actually an achievement for wearing 7 pieces of stolen armor and getting them all confiscated at once as well. Don't remember if the one you mentioned is it or not but there are 2 in total, 1 for a single piece (if I recall correctly) and another for all 7.

Yup it's that one, I haven't gotten it yet though as I hate having a bounty with a passion..
