magic DK and flame staff questions

im leveling a DK right now ill be V16 by sunday, I have 182CP and probably 200CP by sunday night.
I was wondering how do I get my inferno staff to commit more damage, right now im using shield assault talons and flame lash for my main DPS with 2 AoEs.
90%PvE 8%PvP 2% standing around, staff expert? thaumaturge? spell erosion? elemental expert?
im using will power and 5 seducer with two torugs at the moment, but im also farming for V16 mats for two heavy and 5 light . 5 julianos 2 torugs pact.
I would to create more damage what other suggestions might some of you make about this?

Put all your cp into Elemental expert and use skills from Ardent flame tree, there are some good builds on Tamriel Foundry for Flame mages, they are old but a good place to start.Selcouth Nexus V16 Templar Magika Healer/Dps
