Increase trade selling limit amount from 30

Any talks about increasing the pathetic trade selling limit?

In a game as big as ESO with as many items that can be sold why are we limited to just 30 slots?

I have so many items in my bags and mules bags that need to be sold and they just take up bag space when someone else could be benefiting from said items.

I would be happy if they increased it. Plus,if they removed the BoP bit. I get stuff and cant sell it because of that.

I dont have the dlc, how bad is the BoP? Is it a trade killer?

I've gotten to the point where I only sell jewelry, FOTM or rare sets in the guild store. I don't even sell mats and I'm still always at the 30 item max...

And yes, yes it is a killer as you end up de-conning so much stuff that your friends would love to have, but you will never need...

Its very annoying, I have an insane amout of mats on top of items such as recipies and armor etc just sitting in my bank. Cant give it to guilds since guild bank are full.

Its at the point where when I loot food I just ignore it or destroy it. When I know people need it for provisional mats.
    Its a big waste.

How many guilds are you a part of that have the stores? Having a couple or three trading guilds is quite useful.

I have 3 trading guilds, 2 have stores atm. But only 1 is at a main traders hub.
I can already see the difference of this monopoly mechanic, 1 store sells while the other doesnt.

So instead of 60 slots, in reality its really just 30.

I have made a post on this topic recently.

I only have one social guild with a store, and it's not at all in a prime location. I sell a bit at it, but 70% of what I put up comes back unsold.

This is exactly the problem with how trade works in this game.
Its a monopoly, rich stay rich and theres no diversity of items. Unless you want to go through 17 load screens and window shop.

this is totally true!! there is no point in those only 30!! It should be unlimited!!

@ZOS_GinaBruno what is the reason for the 30 limit?

I'd rather they increased the number of guild traders.
Currently there are about 150. Thats potentially 75,000 players trading but in reality guilds rarely have 500 members and many people are in multiple guilds.
Ofc they could increase the number of traders and increase the number of slots. 50 slots seems a reasonable amount to me. Any increase in the number of slots really does require an improvement in the search function as well though.

Would be nice if the limit was increased to 50. I personally hate having to be part of multiple guilds and dealing with the politics and personalities of said guilds. I have a couple I enjoy being with and would much rather be able to sell 50 items at 2 or 3 traders than constantly bounce around other guilds trying to get more sell slots

However, I don't know what the cons are to increasing the limit would be. Please enlighten me.

Imagine what would happen if they did raise the limit. You'd see people spamming Guild Stores with 100s of junky items at prices so ridiculous no one would ever buy them, thus causing people to search through tons of worthless items just to possibly find what they seek!

Even if it was only like 10 extra items to be able to sell? They shouldnt just open it all up for unlimited sales, just a bit more is all.Maybe?

There's literally nothing to sell right now lmao. I agree it should be higher but still.. it's not like there is much to sell anyway's.

    I'd recommend having 2-3 trading guild's.

Then i have my own personal guild to have an exclusive bank and 2 for pvp/pve related stuff.

Increasing slots would Help with the 200 stack of items that many wont pay full boat on talking in the guilds im in they said they know they could sell more but would eat up there slots to split stacks etc

It's not about the number of slots, it's about the prices you ask. Lower your prices and you can turn 30 sales a day easy. Keep that store stocked and you'll sell all your stuff off fast. If your not selling stuff every day, you are have unreasonable prices or a poor guild trader.

Also, sell full stacks, not partial ones.

I agree, I HATE that I have to pay just to sell items. I'm already charged for selling an item now I have to pay guild membership eack week? And no refunds if the guild loses the bid, which happens.
So I'm stuck pay membership for a trade guild without a trader ...

    No cons.

More slots to sell and make gold, more items to buy, so less running around and looking.

My prices are low and items sell, but I also pvp and I dont need to be going to the bank to restock my list when I sell an item.
