Concept: news boards and ballot boxes ingame

News boards: Since a vast majority of players don't know about the forums why not put a news board in major cities? this board can be used for the staff to post announcements ingame like patch notes or scheduled maintenance times or just what to expect and well known bugs. these boards will glow whenever there is a new post.
The ballot box: a place for the staff to add polls ingame the staff can add their own polls or a forum user can request a poll to be added at the staffs discretion of course. in order to prevent clogging polls will only stay for 15 days then the results will be added to the associated forum poll results.
