Just completed malestrom arena on veteran mode ps4 and didn't get polymorph

Maybe it takes a while in console? Submit a ticket to customer support, they can probably help you.

Maybe because it's the reward. A title and the tall guy in the video's polymorph (Xivkyn medium with a special head).

Suppose to get Melstrone barron polymorph for completing it i did and didn't receive it

All I know is that I've had problem after problem with orsinium I cant freaking complete the main quest line do to a bug that's being fixed and now I didn't even get this ploymorph after spending 5 hours playing this *** I'm so pissed off right now I just want to quit this game for good I think these idiots that work for eso need to go back to school and learn how to do there job better

You should get it right after you kill the last boss and its under Collections > Costumes/Polymorphs (you dont get it in your inventory or mail)

Lol i've looked in my collections it's still locked and says I've go to beat the arena on veteran to get it which I did and did not receive it i've even got the achievement saying I beat it unlocked but no polymorph ridiculous

Didn't get it I checked got the achievement but no polymorph
