Isnt that what it should be? If I was to select a dungeon I think it would even take longer.
"any dungeon" means to me that im willing to join any queue which should be faster yes?

Yes, you're not wrong. I'm suggesting that because you're under any it shouldn't take longer than 15 minutes based on my past experiences. Maybe PC has died down but I've not had any issues getting a group but I'm normally on Xbox One.
An hour queue time for DPS actually isn't super abnormal. I've seen longer in other MMOs with more players using the tool. When the overwhelming majority of players are DPS, this becomes expected. There could be hundreds of DPS ahead of you, so anytime a healer and tank queue up, you're only moving two spots forward in a hundred spot line.
WoW tried solving this problem by giving a bonus to roles that were in high demand. It helped but dps still have pretty significant queue times.

No, I think "Any Dungeon" is the correct setting and is what ive used all this time.
The only other option is to select a particular dungeon, which means that you are limiting your group pool to just the queue for that dungeon, but if you select "any" you have a much larger pool of players and cover all dungeons.
I also tried quitting and and queueing up again, but same result.
Thats interesting that xbox is still getting fast queues, but PC has slowed down back to the way it used to be before the fix.
Fix again? I think most people would be happy if it got fixed in the first place.
That being said it is a little sad that it's still so mediocre this long after launch, I honestly don't know many who even bother with it anymore. Although that could be part of the problem.
